2. About Machinecraft Technologies
Machinecraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a third-generation family business founded in 1976, specialising in the design, manufacture, and export of automatic vacuum forming and thermoforming machines for heavy gauge and light gauge thermoplastic processing. We serve customers in over 35 countries worldwide from our factory in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Our product range includes the PF1-C Classic, PF1-X Pro, PF1-XL, PF2 Series, FCS Series, AM Series, UNO, DUO, IMG, and PF1-R machines, along with related tooling, spare parts, and after-sales services.
3. Website Use
The Website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate business inquiries related to Machinecraft products and services. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Website by any third party.

6. Quotations & Orders
All quotations provided by Machinecraft are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Quotations are valid for the period stated therein, or for 30 days from the date of issue if no validity period is specified.
A binding contract is formed only upon Machinecraft's written acceptance of your purchase order, confirmed by an official order acknowledgement or proforma invoice. Machinecraft reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, insurance, and customs clearance charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment terms are as specified in the proforma invoice or order acknowledgement.
Cancellation of confirmed orders may be subject to cancellation charges, including costs already incurred for materials, engineering, and manufacturing.
7. Delivery & Shipment
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical lead times range from 16–28 weeks for PF1-C/PF1-X series, 20–32 weeks for PF1-XL, and 12–20 weeks for FCS/AM series machines, depending on configuration and order backlog.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are made on an Ex Works (EXW) Ahmedabad, India basis as defined by Incoterms 2020. Risk and title transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our factory premises.
The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for freight, marine insurance, import duties, customs clearance, and local transportation unless a different Incoterm (e.g., CIF, FOB) is agreed upon in the sales contract.
Upon receipt, the buyer must inspect the machine and report any visible damage or discrepancy to both the carrier and Machinecraft within 7 calendar days. Failure to report within this period may affect warranty and insurance claims.
8. Warranty
Machinecraft provides a limited warranty on its machines covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. The specific warranty period and terms are detailed in the machine-specific warranty certificate provided with each purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including heater elements, seals, and consumable parts
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, or operation outside specified parameters
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by unauthorised personnel
- Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or inadequate electrical supply
- Use of non-approved materials, tooling, or accessories
- Failure to perform recommended preventive maintenance as outlined in the operating manual
Warranty claims must be submitted through our Service Portal or by contacting [email protected]. Machinecraft's liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component, at our sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Machinecraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, production, business opportunity, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any information contained therein
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Website content
- Any machine downtime, production losses, or material waste
- Reliance on information provided by the AI chatbot or other automated tools
- Any third-party claims arising from the use of Machinecraft products
In no event shall Machinecraft's total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or INR 50,000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. AI Chatbot Disclaimer (Rajesh)
Important: AI-Generated Responses
The Rajesh AI chatbot is powered by artificial intelligence and provides general informational guidance only. Responses are not legally binding and do not constitute a formal offer, quotation, warranty, or contractual commitment.
Our Website features an AI-powered sales assistant ("Rajesh") that uses large language models and a retrieval-augmented knowledge base to answer questions about Machinecraft products and thermoforming technology.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI responses may contain inaccuracies, approximations, or outdated information
- Machine specifications, pricing, lead times, and availability mentioned by the chatbot are indicative only and must be confirmed by our sales team
- The chatbot cannot enter into contracts, accept orders, or make binding commitments on behalf of Machinecraft

11. Service Portal & Customer Tickets
The Machinecraft Service Portal provides registered customers with access to spare parts catalogues, service ticket submission, and technical support tools. Access to the Service Portal requires authentication credentials issued by Machinecraft.
By using the Service Portal, you agree that:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You will not share your portal access with unauthorised individuals
- Spare parts pricing and availability shown in the portal are indicative and subject to confirmation
- Service ticket responses are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific resolution timelines
- Information uploaded through the portal (photographs, descriptions, documents) may be used by Machinecraft for diagnostic and quality improvement purposes
Machinecraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for any account that violates these Terms or is used in an unauthorised manner.
12. Forming Trials
Machinecraft offers forming trials at our Gujarat factory to demonstrate machine capabilities with customer-supplied materials. By requesting a forming trial, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Trial results are for demonstration purposes only and do not guarantee identical results in production conditions
- Machinecraft is not liable for any material consumed, damaged, or wasted during the trial process
- Trial parameters (temperature, cycle time, vacuum pressure) may differ from production settings
- Sample parts produced during trials remain the property of the customer, but Machinecraft may photograph or video-record the trial for internal and marketing purposes unless you object in writing prior to the trial
- Forming trial results do not constitute a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Machinecraft is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect may include:
- Contact information provided through forms, chat, or email (name, email, phone, company)
- Technical inquiry details (machine requirements, material specifications, production volumes)
- Chat transcripts from interactions with the Rajesh AI chatbot
- Service portal activity, ticket submissions, and spare parts inquiries

14. Export Controls & International Trade
Machinecraft machines and related technology may be subject to export control regulations of India, including the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and the rules framed thereunder, as well as applicable international trade regulations.
By purchasing Machinecraft products for export, you represent and warrant that:
- You will comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations
- You will not re-export or divert Machinecraft products to any country, entity, or individual prohibited by applicable sanctions or export control lists
- You will provide all documentation required for export clearance, including end-user certificates where applicable
- You are responsible for compliance with import regulations in the destination country
Machinecraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe that the transaction may violate applicable export control or sanctions laws.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Machinecraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your use of the Website or any Machinecraft product or service
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Any claim by a third party arising from your use of Machinecraft products
16. Force Majeure
Machinecraft shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms or any contract if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or acts of God
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government sanctions
- Strikes, lockouts, or labour disputes
- Supply chain disruptions, raw material shortages, or component unavailability
- Power failures, telecommunications outages, or cyberattacks
- Changes in applicable laws, regulations, or government orders
In the event of a force majeure, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. Delivery timelines shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the force majeure event.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The following Indian statutes are particularly applicable:
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Sale of Goods Act, 1930
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (where applicable)
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
The failure of Machinecraft to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
19. Amendments
Machinecraft reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may, but are not obligated to, notify users of significant changes via the Website or email.
