Roll-Fed

One Machine.
Form, Cut & Stack In-Line.

The FCS Series is a high-speed, fully automatic roll-fed form-cut-stack thermoforming machine designed for 24/7 production environments. It integrates forming, steel-rule cutting, and stacking into a single continuous line, delivering consistent output, minimal downtime, and rapid changeovers. Available in two variants — FCS-0507-V (vacuum forming, pneumatic press) and FCS-0507-P (vacuum + pressure forming, servo press) — both sharing a 550×700 mm forming area, 125 mm maximum product depth, and Mitsubishi servo chain indexing. Ideal for food trays, bakery containers, dairy cups, fruit punnets, and rigid packaging applications.

Which Variant Is Right for You?

Both FCS-0507 models share the same forming area, punch force, and chain indexing. The key differences are forming method, press drive, heater capacity, and power consumption.

Vacuum

FCS-0507-V

Entry-level FCS with pneumatic press and vacuum-only forming. Ideal for standard food trays, dairy cups, and general packaging where surface detail requirements are moderate.

FCS-0507-V key specifications
Forming MethodVacuum only
Press DrivePneumatic (4× tie rods)
Heater Zones32 zones (1200 × 750 mm)
Total Power95 KW
Machine Footprint∼12 m

Best for: food trays, dairy cups, standard packaging

Vacuum + Pressure

FCS-0507-P

Advanced FCS with dual servo press and vacuum+pressure forming. Delivers sharper surface detail, deeper draws, and higher part quality — suited for medical, cosmetic, and premium food packaging.

FCS-0507-P key specifications
Forming MethodVacuum + Pressure
Press DriveDual Servo (upper + lower)
Heater Zones48 zones (2400 × 750 mm)
Total Power180 KW
Machine Footprint∼16 m

Best for: medical trays, cosmetic packaging, premium food, deep-draw parts

Both models share: 550 × 700 mm forming area · 125 mm max product depth · 60-ton punch force · 15 cycles/min · Mitsubishi PLC · servo chain indexing

Vacuum vs Pressure Forming: Surface Quality Comparison

The FCS-P model adds compressed air pressure on the top surface of the heated sheet, forcing it against the mould with far greater force than vacuum alone. The result is sharper edges, crisper surface texture, and finer detail.

What Are the Key Features of the FCS Series?

Integrated Form-Cut-Stack

Forming, steel-rule cutting, and stacking in a single continuous line — from roll to finished stacked parts. Eliminates offline cutting for maximum throughput.

Servo Spike Chain Indexing

Duplex 1/2-inch chain driven by a 3.5 KW Mitsubishi servo motor. Water-cooled in the heating area. Adjustable width using hand wrench at entry and exit.

Sandwich IR Heating

Top and bottom IR ceramic heating ovens with independent zone control via HMI. FCS-0507-V: 32 zones over 1200×750 mm. FCS-0507-P: 48 zones over 2400×750 mm for extended heating.

Servo Punching Station

Individual 3.5 KW servo motors drive both upper and lower cutting platens. 60-ton clamp force, 150 mm motion distance each platen. Pneumatic tool fixing and XY die adjustment via hand levers.

Stacking & Scrap Winding

Servo-driven stacking frame picks cut parts and stacks on conveyor to a defined height (up to 200 mm). Asynchronous scrap winder with electronic torque control and pneumatic scrap discharge.

Mitsubishi Controls

Mitsubishi Electric PLC and HMI (Japan). Servo motors and drives by Mitsubishi. Pneumatics by FESTO/SMC. Safety interlocks by Schmersal. Linear guides by THK/HIWIN.

Optional 4th Station

Add an inline holing station for drainage holes, ventilation slots, or perforations directly in the production line — no separate offline process required.
