Explore an illustrative proposed e-mobility body-parts factory: exterior panels, interior trim, automatic PF1 sheet handling, dedicated trim gantries and material flow. Engineering review required.
Illustrative proposed application, not an installed factory, a turnkey quotation or a production guarantee. Customer identities are not included.
Supplied v06 default exterior and 100% interior workload scenario. Static starting assumptions, not live telemetry.
The 30,000-package annual target is not reached. The modelled ceiling is 27,775, a 2,225-package gap. Adding downstream equipment alone does not remove the forming constraint.
Calendar: 288 days/year, 3 shifts × 7.5 hours/day, 6,480 scheduled hours/year. Forming/trim OEE: 70% assumed. Also 2 separation stations, 16 cure positions, 3 quality-release stations and 3 packing stations.
Illustrative v06 default scenario, not a rated capacity or a forecast. Output means workload-equivalent packages, not individual body parts, complete vehicle kits or verified shipments. The source model does not establish complete-BOM matching or independently apply a final quality-loss allowance to this ceiling. This snapshot does not update when you edit a separate simulator scenario.

Exterior · supplied source shape. A faithful render of the supplied exterior model. Draw direction, sheet, tool and final trim need review.
Exterior · supplied source shape. Source exterior geometry, not an installed project or an approved production tool.
Interior · proposed concept. Supplied dimensioned interior proposal, not source exterior CAD or validated fit.
Interior · proposed concept. A supplied interior concept. Material, nesting, joining and surface requirements remain open.
Check material lots and release stock. Magazine replenishment and upstream preparation remain attended.
The vacuum destacker loads an external shuttle frame. It enters PF1, returns outside, then the gantry unloads onto supported cooling.
Identify formed blanks, protect visible surfaces and move batched carriers through finite buffers and vehicle service.
A dedicated trim gantry loads the locating fixture, waits for clamps, clears the separate cutter and unloads to the outgoing carrier.
Prepare parts and mating components for proposed dispensing and attended fastening. Joining recipes require qualification.
Hold assemblies for their required residence, then perform dimensional, joining and appearance release.
Pack released assemblies in protective carriers and follow the proposed dispatch and empty-carrier return flow.
The factory loads only on demand after existing email verification. Automatic PF1 sheet loading, supported unloading, dedicated trim loading and unloading gantries, part models and finite material flow retain the supplied v06 logic. Mobile full-screen controls are provided. The 150-second sequences are illustrative, not rated output or validated safety controls.
The detailed EUR investment/revenue model is separate and available only to email-verified visitors. No prices, investment totals or revenue figures are included in this public HTML.
Materials, tooling, robot reach, carrier traffic, interfaces and separate downstream supply scope require engineering review.
