Closed Chamber with Pre-Blow
Bottom heater retracts to allow controlled sheet sag, then air pressure pre-stretches the sheet before mold contact, ensuring uniform wall thickness even on 1000mm deep draws across large forming areas.
Multi-Zone Infrared Heating
Individual zone control across top and bottom heater banks for precise temperature profiling — critical for HDPE and other materials with narrow forming windows.
Sheet Sag Detection
Infrared sensors continuously monitor sheet sag during heating, automatically adjusting heater output to prevent excessive sagging on extra-large sheets.
Servo-Driven Forming Platen
Programmable speed profiles for optimal sheet-to-mold contact during the forming stroke, with up to 50-ton clamping force.
