Tractor interior roof liners and interior trims — Rigid roof liners and cabin trim panels for tractors, with texture defined by the forming sheet. Engineering review: Rigid cut-sheet interiors are a process fit; distinguish them from thin decorative skins.

Baler double-skin hinged covers — Separate inner and outer cover skins for balers, bonded and fitted with hinges after forming. Engineering review: Visually checked case: inner and outer vacuum-formed skins, bonded together with fittings. This is not proof of a one-cycle twin-sheet part.

Fitness-equipment covers — Protective cosmetic covers for fitness equipment; detailed pressure-formed parts require a separate route. Engineering review: Vacuum-formable cover designs are a match. The separately listed exercise-bike pressure-forming case is not a blanket PF1 vacuum-forming proof.

Car-wash equipment covers — Exterior cover skins for car-wash machinery, subject to chemical and environmental requirements. Engineering review: Sector explicitly listed, but no individual tool/part specification. Cover is the proposed thermoformed component.

Rigid single-sheet transport trays / pallet designs — Rigid single-sheet dunnage and transport trays; twin-sheet pallets and load ratings are separate. Boat interior side panels — Embossed interior side panels for boats, with marine installation requirements reviewed separately. Engineering review: Embossed ABS/PMMA example; marine attachments and service requirements need review.

Kayak hull / deck shells — Separate kayak hull and deck shells, trimmed and joined through a validated watertight assembly route. Engineering review: ABS/PMMA kayak example. Shell forming, trimming and watertight joining must be designed as a complete route.

Toy motorboat hulls and decks — Separate toy-boat hull and deck shells; gauge, tooling, trimming and joining require review. Engineering review: Historical vacuum-forming origin story. Starting gauge is not stated, so retain as a cut-sheet candidate rather than proven heavy-gauge stock.
