What is NC Thermoforming?

Nitrocellulose is a highly energetic, flammable material used in defence and pyrotechnics. The TF-1 uses pressure forming — positive air pressure above + vacuum below — for sharper definition and tighter tolerances than vacuum forming alone.

Safety-Critical Processing

NC is highly flammable. The TF-1 includes CO2 fire safety, light guards, individual SSR heating zones with temperature monitoring, and PLC fault diagnosis.
