Standard OptionIR Ceramic Heater Grid
Independently controlled top & bottom heating ovens with grid-layout IR ceramic elements. Long-wave IR provides stable, consistent heat ideal for thick sheets. Low cost, long lifespan.

Pre-Blow Bubble Technology
The PF1 Classic's closed chamber design enables a controlled pre-blow of the heated sheet before forming. Compressed air inflates the material into a uniform bubble, ensuring even wall thickness distribution — critical for deep-draw parts like bathtubs and industrial enclosures.
