Fixed Welded Clamp FrameStructure

Fixed Welded Clamp Frame

Sturdy welded steel frames for consistent clamping pressure across the full sheet area. One frame supplied per machine; additional frames available for different sheet sizes. Manual changeover in ~15 minutes.

  • Welded steel for consistent clamping pressure
  • Additional frames available for different sizes
  • Manual changeover in ~15 minutes
Precision Mold TableForming

Precision Mold Table

Robust mold table with pneumatic lift mechanism. Supports aluminum, composite, and 3D-printed molds for versatile production runs. Pneumatic cylinders provide consistent forming force.

  • Pneumatic lift mechanism
  • Supports aluminum, composite, 3D-printed molds
  • Consistent forming force across all cycles
IR Ceramic Heater GridStandard Option

IR Ceramic Heater Grid

Independently controlled top & bottom heating ovens with grid-layout IR ceramic elements. Long-wave IR provides stable, consistent heat ideal for thick sheets. Low cost, long lifespan.

  • Long-wave IR — stable, consistent heat
  • Zone-wise heating with recipe presets
  • Best for ABS, HIPS, PP — 30–60 sec heat-up
IR Quartz Heater GridMid-Tier Option

IR Quartz Heater Grid

Medium to long-wave IR for faster sheet softening. A strong balance between performance and cost — faster response than ceramic with better energy efficiency for mid-thickness materials.

  • Faster response than ceramic heaters
  • Better energy efficiency, lower thermal inertia
  • Best for PETG, PC, PMMA — 3–6 mm sheets
PLC Control & HMI TouchscreenControls

PLC Control & HMI Touchscreen

Touchscreen HMI with recipe storage, cycle counter, and diagnostic monitoring. Mitsubishi PLC with individual SSR heater controllers for zone-wise temperature control.

  • Recipe storage for fast material changeover
  • Individual SSR per heater element
  • Optional SCADA interface for advanced control
Industrial Vacuum & PneumaticsVacuum & Pneumatics

Industrial Vacuum & Pneumatics

Rotary vane vacuum pumps provide high-volume, consistent vacuum for deep-draw forming. Pneumatic FRL unit with individual pressure regulators for each pneumatic function.

  • Rotary vane vacuum pumps
  • Pneumatic FRL with individual pressure regulators
  • Solenoid valves for pre-blow, vacuum, ejection
Pre-blow bubble forming inside closed chamber
Closed Chamber Design

Pre-Blow Bubble Technology

The PF1 Classic's closed chamber design enables a controlled pre-blow of the heated sheet before forming. Compressed air inflates the material into a uniform bubble, ensuring even wall thickness distribution — critical for deep-draw parts like bathtubs and industrial enclosures.

  • Uniform material distribution across the mold
  • Light sensor detects sag and compensates automatically
  • Eliminates thin spots in deep-draw applications

Machine Features

Closed Chamber Design
