A machine is the core. Plan the whole line.

A production decision needs more than a forming-machine cycle. Plan the full station sequence, the output your customers can buy, and the costs of delivering it. Start with the pickup-bedliner planner: a transparent, input-driven screening model—not an equipment quotation or a validated factory forecast.

Updated · Visitor-input screening · No public equipment price or guaranteed return

One working pilot. A reusable planning method.

The pickup-bedliner pilot connects station capacity, monthly demand, operating economics and entered installed-investment costs. Its inputs start blank. No market size, price, machine cycle or profitable utilization is assumed for you.

Shower trays and high-mix industrial enclosures are future phases, not available simulators. They need different downstream scope and engineering validation before they can be added.

From a part to a production decision

Define the sellable part, material and buyer requirement first. Scope the whole line and use measured or clearly identified planning inputs. Check obtainable demand and qualification dates before treating technical capacity as sales.

Request a Part Study to confirm the part/tool fit, layout, automation, utilities, acceptance tests and formal quotation. A profitable screening scenario is not a funding commitment.

Factory planning is not ‘How we build’

How we build explains Machinecraft’s machine-manufacturing process and quality gates. This planner concerns your proposed production line and its output economics. Neither is a live operational digital twin of your future factory.

Source and validation basis

The line scope is based on the current approved PF1-Bolt catalogue. All numerical inputs come from you; this page contains no measured capacity benchmark, regional demand estimate or quoted installed investment.

Turn assumptions into a Part Study.

Share the drawing, material, gauge, buyer requirement and intended output. We review fit, automation, downstream scope and acceptance criteria before a formal quotation. No order or payment is placed by using this planner.
