Machinecraft Technologies has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Umargam, Gujarat, significantly expanding our production capacity for large-format vacuum forming and thermoforming machines.
Facility Highlights
The Umargam facility features a modern manufacturing floor with overhead cranes capable of handling our largest XL/XXL machines, a dedicated assembly area for precision machine building, an in-house CNC machining center for tooling and component manufacturing, and a testing bay where every machine undergoes full production trials before shipment.
Increased Capacity
The expanded facility allows Machinecraft to manufacture multiple large-format machines simultaneously, reducing lead times for our customers. The facility is designed to support our growth trajectory as we target becoming a top-5 global thermoforming machine manufacturer by 2030.
Quality Infrastructure
The facility includes a climate-controlled electrical assembly area, a dedicated quality inspection zone, and a customer demonstration area where prospects can witness live forming trials. Every machine is fully assembled, tested, and run with customer molds before disassembly and shipping.
