The PF1-X is Machinecraft's advanced servo-driven thermoforming machine with the European concept of closed chamber design to allow pre-blow bubble & zero sag control. Equipped with servo motor driven forming table, universal motorised aperture setting, IR heating (ceramic infrared elements, quartz elements, or halogen elements) with pyrometer, rotary vane vacuum with proportional servo valve, and programmable speed profiles. Optional automatic sheet loading and unloading for fully automated production cycles. Standard sizes range from 1000x600mm to 4000x2000mm, with XL models up to 6000x2200mm.

The PF1-X houses a dedicated pneumatic panel with a Festo FRL (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) unit, individual pressure regulators for each function, and a bank of solenoid valves for pre-blow, vacuum, and ejection. Dual Becker rotary vane vacuum pumps provide high-volume, consistent vacuum for deep-draw forming.

Control Panel Design

The PF1-X control panel is built in a Rittal or Hoffman enclosure with a structured layout: Mitsubishi servo drives and PLC on the left, SSR heater controllers in the centre columns, and terminal blocks on the right. All wiring is colour-coded and labelled for fast troubleshooting anywhere in the world.
