- 500 × 600 mm forming area on every model, with 680 mm sheet and up to 100 mm draw.
- AM 5060 tools are designed to fit all three, so current customers keep their tooling.
- Inline trim: parts are formed and cut from the web in one line, with no separate press.
- Remote service on every machine: our engineers see the controls from Umargam.

FAQ
Which model is right for me?
Eco for vacuum-formed trays, lids and blisters up to 1.0 mm. Mid when you need pressure forming, PP or sheet up to 1.5 mm. Pro for long runs where output, inspection and minimum hands-on time matter.
Can I use my AM 5060 tools?
All three use the same 500 × 600 mm platens as the AM 5060, so existing forming and cutting tools are designed to fit.
What materials can it run?
HIPS, PET and PVC on all three. The Mid and Pro heat from both sides, which also suits PP and ABS. See the Materials page.
How fast is it?
On a one-up tray in 0.6 mm HIPS: about 12 cycles a minute on the Eco, 15 on the Mid and 21 on the Pro. Parts per hour depend on how many cavities fit your part; see the Applications page for eleven examples. Send us your part and we will simulate it.
Can I upgrade later?
The Mid can take vision inspection, a chiller and the 600 kg servo unwind as options. Moving from Eco to Mid or Pro means a new machine, because the oven, forming drive and enclosure change.
What do I need on site?
A 415 V three-phase supply, 6 bar compressed air and, for the Mid, cooling water to the chain rails. Each product page lists the loads.
Can I see it run before I buy?
Yes. Each model has a live 3D simulator: change the material, gauge and tool and watch the cycle and the parts.
What does delivery and installation involve?
Eco ships 16–20 weeks from order and advance; Mid and Pro 24–28 weeks. Installation and two days of operator training are available at ₹50,000 each.
Do you support machines remotely?
Yes. Every AM-X has a remote-access router, so our engineers can see the controls and help without a site visit.
Send us your part. We will size the machine.
Tell us the part, material, gauge and yearly volume; we simulate it and come back with a model and a quote.
